I have all the details of the times described in the ·shipping policies·

Once the order is placed, processing time is 2-5 days (I do my best to make it as fast as possible for you)

For greater organization, most shipments were made from Thursday to Saturday.

Oh yeah! You can send gifts directly on the page. If you would like to add a special message, be sure to place it in the note space BEFORE placing your final order.

Remember to put the correct address of your special person.

At the moment I do not make international shipments.

Due to the nature of our products and being a small company, we do not offer exchanges or returns (in extreme circumstances it can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

I carefully pack each shipment to avoid this, but if this is the case, don't worry, we'll work it out together with the following simple steps:

  1.  A photo of the damaged product
  2. A photo of the entire box where the product arrived, including the packaging material.
  3. Photo of the shipping label of the box.
  4. If you can attach the email of your order, it would be very useful.

If you discover that after making your purchase the address is incorrect, please email sattvaslives@gmail.com immediately with the order details and the correct address to change before shipping.

If I have already submitted your order, I will not be able to do anything to correct this error.
