For SattvasLives the most important thing is to maintain our mission intention in each of our products.

That is why we manufacture 100% handmade products with natural ingredients to give you the best.

Due to the nature of our products and being a small company, we do not offer exchanges or returns (in extreme circumstances it can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sattvaslives@gmail.com.

• Proof within 7 days of delivery is required to make a replacement.

• We will replace broken items with the same items.

• We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but if they break during transit, we'll refund or exchange them.

• If any exchange case is applicable, please note that you may need to pay the shipping costs.
