All of our glass candles are poured, packed and shipped by hand.

Please allow an estimated 2-5 day processing period to prepare your order once it has been placed.

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox after the order has been successfully shipped.

When your candles ship, another notification will arrive in a second email.

I will do my best to meet the shipping time estimates, but I cannot guarantee them.

Please note that the delivery time also depends on the postal service.

When the post office scans the package, please note that it is no longer in my control.

I cannot be held responsible for delivery time, re-routes, delays, or undelivered delivery of your package.

Please, review and enter the exact data of your address, since I cannot be held responsible for a delivery error due to missing data in the information entered.
